Ekota was, like most Mill Woods residential home neighborhoods, structured in efficient, curved roadways and cul de sacs. Ekota home does not have any commercial properties and just a couple of businesses. However, various sorts of services or products are accessible at the nearby Community Centre Mall. Only a few apartments can be found in the region, however there are some commercial properties dotted around the community. Furthermore, Ekota real estate is within walking distance of the Town Center Shopping mall, which serves the Mill Woods.
