Brintnell Real Estate
Brintnell is a relatively new residential neighbourhood in northeast Edmonton. It is bounded by 167 Avenue to, 153 Avenue, Manning Drivet and 50 Street. Construction was fairly rapid and generally nine out of ten of the residences were single-family dwellings. There is a population of 5,177. Brintell includes lots of loops and cul de sacs. There are large parks in Brintell but no shops however, Brintell is still developing and will include commercial sites in the future. The newest school nearby is the Dr Donald Massey Elementary Junior High School.Â
