Keep It Cozy
Spring and summer staging emphasizes openness and space but when the fall comes people start thinking about settling into their home as a shelter from the rain, snow, and cold weather. So to really play up the coziness of the home add cozy pillows, thick and fluffy throws, and thick area rugs to the home so that people want to cozy up on the couch and not leave. If the home has a fireplace always have a fire roaring open house. You should also replace the curtains with thicker curtains or thermal curtains to create that sense of drawing into the home like a cocoon. Use Autumn Colors
Get rid of the bright summer colors in the home and replace them with dark green, varying shades of rust, gold, copper, and yellow.
