To the West, Allard Community is by the prospective extension of James Mowatt Trail SW, while to the east its border is marked by Black mud Creek. As the southernmost area in Edmonton, it southern boundary demarcates the town limits, at Avenue 41 SW. There are two academic institutions slightly north of Allard real estate to support the community, one in the in the open system as well as one in the separate system. Johnny Bright Elementary and Junior High School is the community option to inhabitants, which offers a standard instructional program for grades K-8. Allard Edmonton has Single Family Homes, Duplexes, stacked Townhouses and Low rise apartments and Shopping Centres which has Real Canadian Super Store and Shoppers Drug Mart.
The Catholic Monsignor Fee Otterson School is just blocks away and in the same neighborhood (Rutherford) which is an elementary school with programs for K-6. The nearest high school is north of Dr. Anthony Henday, where Lillian Osborne School provides courses for grades 10-12.
Allard home was created for individuals that desired to get away and hang out in natural areas, as it clearly features plenty of eco friendly area. Around Allard real estate are two major lakes, whilst the Black mud Creek Ravine runs along the eastern boundary and the three of them feature spectacular hiking and walking pathways.
